Please note that you must have your 7-digit University ID number to complete this form.  Students - you can find your 7-digit UID on PROWL. Faculty/staff - you can find your 7-digit UID in communications from Human Resources.

Spring 2025 Student Parking

Please visit the Parking App to add/remove parking for Spring 2025.  Fill out this form if you need to add/remove parking after the deadline has passed.

For Carpools

Use this same form to sign up for carpools during the first week of classes.  You will need the names and LLS email addresses of your carpool partners to complete the form.

Replacement IDs

Use this form to request a replacement ID. A fee may apply.

All students, full-time and part-time faculty, and staff need an official Identification Card to enter the Law School campus. For those who elect to pay the parking fee, access to enter the parking structure will be added to the ID card.  To add parking, please also select the option to Add/Cancel Parking and fill out the form.

If your ID Card was lost or stolen, please select the option for Replacement Card instead.  Thank you!

Add/Remove Parking

Students: Use this form to add or remove parking from your account if you missed the deadline to opt-in for parking.  Please note that there are no partial refunds for canceling parking once semester sign-up deadline has passed.

Faculty/Staff:  Please use WageWorks to add parking to your account.  For instructions, please visit: How to Enroll in WageWorks Parking. The deadline to make changes is the 10th of each month for the upcoming month.  Submit this form only if you have missed the deadline.

Adjunct Faculty:  Use this form to add parking to your account.

Motorcycle Registration

The motorcycle parking fee for each semester is $216. 

Students:  Student Accounts will be informed of your election to add parking, and the semester parking fee will be charged to your student account.

Faculty/Adjunct/Staff:  Please contact Campus Operations to coordinate payment.

When entering the parking facility, be extra careful entering and exiting the parking gates.  Spots in the motorcycle area are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.  Note that you will be cited if you park your motorcycle in a spot designated for an automobile.

Motorcycle parking must be renewed each semester.

Cancel Parking

Students:  Please note that there are no partial refunds for canceling parking once the semester has started.  

Faculty/Staff:  Your submission will be forward to Human Resources for processing.

Adjuncts:  Your submission will be forward to Human Resources for processing.
